The things students ask before they pay.
Payments are handled securely by Flutterwave. You can pay with a debit card, bank transfer or USSD. Open Billing in the app, choose a plan or a credit pack, and you are taken to a secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
H-Credits are the in-app currency spent on AI work, a summary, a quiz, a slide deck and so on. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and each tool shows its cost before you run it. If a generation fails after you were charged, the credits are refunded automatically.
Your monthly plan allowance refreshes each month. Top-up credit packs are separate: they never expire and they stack on top of your monthly allowance, so anything you buy stays until you use it.
You can upgrade or renew any time from the Billing page in the app. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and then return to the Free plan.
Hemistich detects your location and shows prices in your local currency, so the amount you see is the amount you are charged. If we cannot detect it, prices default to Nigerian Naira.
