Cookie & Tracking Notice
Last updated: June 8, 2026
1. Overview
Hemistich is primarily delivered through WhatsApp, so most of your interaction with the service does not involve cookies. This notice explains the limited use of cookies and similar technologies on our website (hemistich.com) and admin tools.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session tokens. They let a site remember information between page loads.
3. How we use them
- Strictly necessary: On our admin dashboard we use a secure, httpOnly session/refresh token to keep authorized staff signed in. This is essential for the dashboard to function.
- Preferences: We may store small preferences (for example, a dismissed banner) in your browser's local storage.
- Analytics: Our public marketing pages currently do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Third parties
Some pages load resources from third parties (for example, web fonts). These providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the resource. They are governed by their own policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the admin dashboard from working, but will not affect the WhatsApp bot.
6. Changes
We may update this notice as our use of cookies evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. See also our Privacy Policy.
